What we collect

When you request an invite or sign in, we collect your email address. Once you have an account, we collect the profile and resume information you give us, and the real job applications we file on your behalf (job details, status, and any answers you've provided to screening questions).

How it's used

Your profile and resume are used only to fill out real job applications for you. Application status and history are shown back to you in your dashboard. We never submit an application without your profile and resume on file, and we never guess on your behalf for CAPTCHA, identity verification, or anything else that needs a human judgment call — those are always handed to you directly.

Optional employer logins

For career sites with enabled sign-in support, you can use a temporary password or explicitly allow us to save an employer password or login session. Saved passwords and session data are encrypted on the server with separate protected keys. They are used for your applications on the associated employer career site. Verification codes and CAPTCHA responses are not saved as reusable answers or sent to AI providers.

You can revoke and erase saved logins from Employer accounts. Saved sessions expire; account deletion removes the saved credentials from our active database. Removing a saved login here does not delete your account at the employer. Database backups follow their separate retention process.

Third parties we use

Billing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your raw card details. Transactional email (verification, handoff alerts, invite confirmations) is sent via our IONOS mailbox. Applications and authorized login requests send the necessary data to the employer. If you choose AI assistance, selected job and profile text may be processed by the configured AI provider; employer passwords and verification codes are excluded. We do not sell your data.
