Planned monthly subscriptions

When is a credit used?

One credit is charged when the employer confirms a submission. Discovering a job, preparing a form, a failed attempt or a customer handoff does not consume a submission credit.

A credit can be reserved while an application is in progress or its submission outcome is being checked. An uncertain outcome is not shown as a confirmed application, and another submission attempt is blocked while it is resolved.

What happens to unused credits?

• Free receives 5 credits each UTC calendar month. Unused Free credits do not carry over.
• Pro and Founding Pro can carry up to 100 unused paid credits into the next billing month, alongside the new 100-credit allowance.
• Power can carry up to 250 unused paid credits into the next billing month, alongside the new 250-credit allowance.

Top-ups are not part of the initial release.

What if a payment fails?

Paid subscriptions have a three-day payment grace period. If the payment remains unpaid after that period, paid automation and subscription credits pause. A failed payment does not create a new paid monthly allowance.

How does cancellation work?

A cancellation scheduled for the end of the billing period keeps paid access through the period you already paid for. Immediate cancellation stops paid access immediately. Review the current subscription status and available options in Billing.

What am I paying for?

Credits cover employer-confirmed application submissions through supported workflows. They do not buy interviews, offers or guaranteed placement. Some employer forms, missing answers and security steps still require your participation.
