A clearer job search
From your resume to an application you can follow.
See how HasherJobs uses your resume and approved answers to discover jobs, prepare employer applications, ask for missing information, and track confirmed submissions.
1. Upload your resume and review your information
Start with your original PDF or DOCX resume. Review imported contact details, work experience and education in your dashboard. You can correct the information before it is used in an application.
Complete the application questionnaire for facts your resume may leave out, including work authorization, sponsorship and your choices for optional disclosures. Saved answers are reused only with your permission and when the employer question and country match.
2. Set a job search that reflects what you want
Choose roles, locations and search terms. HasherJobs discovers positions from employer career sites and brings matches into your dashboard. Review the employer posting and any unresolved requirements before an application is prepared.
3. Let supported applications prepare themselves
For supported employer systems, HasherJobs fills fields using your reviewed profile, resume and approved answers. Your selected original document stays attached to that application. Supported automation does not mean every employer website or every field can be completed automatically.
Automatic submission uses the consent you give for your search. Applications without that consent require a separate final review and approval.
4. Answer the questions only you can answer
A missing fact comes back to you. The application page opens a question panel, and a “Needs you” button keeps it within reach if you dismiss it. You can answer one question at a time without scrolling back to the top.
Verification codes, CAPTCHA, passkeys and other security steps happen in the live employer browser. These steps cannot be invented or bypassed. An employer login may also need your setup or permission before it can be used.
5. Follow the result through employer confirmation
Preparation is different from submission. The dashboard records an application as confirmed when the employer provides confirmation, and a confirmed receipt is available from the application record.
One credit is charged for an employer-confirmed submission. If the result is uncertain, the application stays under review and a credit may remain reserved to prevent duplicate spending or another submission attempt. Read how application credits work.
What should you expect during the pilot?
Access is limited while supported workflows are qualified. Unsupported forms and some employer requirements can still need manual work. Job discovery, preparation and submission do not guarantee an interview or an offer.
You can review your information, stop preparation and manage saved employer logins from your dashboard. Read the current privacy and terms drafts before joining.
